Rebecca is a long-time Grand County local who stays busy enjoying the mountain lifestyle. She has been a yoga practitioner since 2011 and received her certification in 2024. She is excited to share yoga with her community!

Sudi has lived in Fraser for over 20 years. When she’s not teaching yoga, she’s with her two daughters or cross-country skiing. She also works at a Grand County non-profit supporting victims of domestic and sexual assault.
