Thank you all so much for the shares and views. I’ve been overweight a lot of my life and have had problems keeping my BMI in check.

When I first started nursing, I was 325lbs.. I know.. because one of the first things you learn how to do is practice weighing a patient in the certification class..

it was really embarrassing 😳 so from that point I knew it was out of control. I’ve been as low as 199lbs in the past 10 years. I’m always trying to stay on track.. knowing physically I have to be able to work hard for the handicapped.

My best days were walking up and down TJ Drive in the summer of 2006. During the covid lockdown I created my own 6 mile route and made it happen almost every night. I’d clear my mind and set my goals.. now you all hear what goes through my heart and soul when I’m about there.

Wednesday is my wife’s and I day to recover from our weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ schedule at the gym. It’s nice to start the day off getting on the treadmill and using your whole body and stretching everything

Wednesday is also our weekend..

You know we had to do a brunch with the bubbly and and breakfast burritos..Cheers 🥂 🌯

Not a bad couple days having the page live !!
