Looking to try something new at home between your massage sessions❓❓
I recently incorporated an acupressure board into my self-care routine and have been very impressed with the results. After several days of feeling tight and tense from the holiday season, I used it for less than 10 minutes and noticed a significant release in muscle tension!
While addressing ongoing tightness in my left shoulder, I was able to identify trigger points, focus on slow, intentional breathing, and experience improved comfort and range of motion. I’m excited to continue using this tool and see how it further supports muscle relaxation and recovery.
