Because when you meditate, you train your mind not to react automatically —
but to respond with presence, calm, and intention 🧘‍♀️🌿

💓 “Your style begins when you listen to your breath more than to your teacher.”

In yoga, the teacher opens paths, points the way, and shares their experience. But the true compass is not outside—it’s within you.
The teacher is a sign 🌿: their voice accompanies, inspires, and reminds you where you are.
Your breath is the guide 🌬️: it sets the pace, brings you back to the present, and teaches you to move from a place of calm. And your inner silence… that is the source ✨: the place where postures come alive and the practice stops being a copy to become creation.
