Pura Vida Counseling & Wellness-Selfcare Services Pura Vida is a multi-specialty mental health counseling and wellness center.

Therapists at Pura Vida Counseling & Wellness perform assessments and diagnostics, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis management. We are flexible, consumer-driven, and combine psychotherapy with practical, problem resolution strategies. We have special training and skills in working with individuals, couples, families, and veteran communities to improve mental health dysfunctions by discussing emotions and experiences, then providing custom holistic solutions.
