The Texas-Wide Underwriting Conference is pleased to announce that Jennifer Pelletier is the recipient of the newly established TWUC AHOU Conference Scholarship.

The scholarship honors AHOU's 25th Anniversary Conference, which is being held in Austin, Texas, on April 19th-22nd.

“The Texas-Wide Underwriting Conference is all about underwriting education, so this was a logical choice for us to support a prior TWUC attendee or sponsor underwriter to attend the AHOU Conference in Austin, Texas,” said Jenny Balakian, TWUC President. “We are thrilled to support Jennifer through the scholarship.”

Jennifer Pelletier is a Senior Life Underwriter at Clinical Reference Labs Plus with over 25 years of Life, Disability Income, Long Term Care, and Health insurance underwriting experience.

Jennifer previously attended TWUC in 2023 and 2025, finding the open dialogue, fun atmosphere, and professional camaraderie to be the perfect combination for underwriting education.

“I learned so much at TWUC, and I know that AHOU will help me to grow even more so I can give back through mentoring less experienced underwriters on my team at CRL Plus."
