What's your preferred means of reading?

So I posted last night my Top 20 books for 2025 out of 95 books.

Out of the 95 books:

43 were on Kindle.
28 were actual books.
24 were on audible.

Clearly Kindle is my preferred mode to read! But I still love the feel of holding a book. And many times if I really like a book on Kindle or audible, I'll buy the paperback for my library.

My top 20 books for 2025!

I highly recommend these books. I read soooooo many great books. 95 total for the year! But these were my Top 20! This is MY opinion and the choices might not all be in your wheelhouse! And that's ok!

So here's to a new year and a new goal. My plan is to read 120 books for 2026.

My goal was 100 so I'm not too far off! Will see how I do next year.

As we enter the New Year, it's time to reflect on 2025.

The year took us on assignment to Birmingham, AL to Fargo, ND to Bakersfield, CA and now we are in Phoenix, AZ.

We went to Sturgis Bike Rally for another year and rode the motorcycle to Yellowstone National Park!

We added another precious granddaughter to our family and met more amazing friends across the country!

My best selling memoir is still selling and I had a 2 page spread in a magazine in England!

Overall another great year of traveling and making memories!

Here's to 2026 which will be a year of change as we will hang up our traveling hats and get permanent jobs in Ohio. We have traveled all over this country front and back, working in 17 different states. Now, after 10 years of travel nursing, we decided it's time to stay home and be grandparents to our gorgeous four granddaughters!

Book #94 for the year...

I'm trying to get as close to 100 as I can before midnight tomorrow, so I'm reading shorter books. Is that cheating? It's still reading right? 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was definitely not in my favorite genre, but was a good book overall.
