Hi friends. It pains me to share some devastating news that has been heavy on my heart for a few weeks now.

Recently, my childhood friend Jing received a tragic diagnosis for her 4 year old son, Teddy. What seemed like a benign seizure at first, quickly turned into a nightmare as he was diagnosed with cerebral adrenaleukodystrophy, an extremely rare and fatal genetic disease.

Heartbreaking is an understatement; it feels cruel and unfair. Please keep sweet Teddy, Jing & Nick, and their family in your thoughts as they navigate the unimaginable.

Stem cell replacement therapy can be an option to slow the progression of the disease, but unfortunately CHOP determined that his condition is too advanced for treatment. The next step is to go to Minnesota this month for a second opinion 🙏

We are coming together to support this beautiful family. If you feel called to donate, please see the GoFundMe link in my bio. Every dollar will make a difference in helping them through this challenging time… medical expenses, potential treatments, respite care, medical equipment, and more.

I love teaching workshops because it’s a special way to encourage, support, and connect with the community 🤗 And the best part is hosting my events at amazing small businesses that also pour love into their work 💞

My first workshop of 2024 will be located at the one & only WonderLand+Sea in Manasquan 😍 Join us on Sunday, February 11th from 1-3pm for a special Galentine’s Day themed workshop where i’ll teach you everything you need to know about the basics of brush calligraphy, followed by some DIY fun using your new skills to make cards 💌

Bring some snacks, drinks, and your best gal or pal - or come solo and make some new friends! Community is everything, this I know is true 🫶

Oh hey it’s me! Your bestie behind the pen 👋 I hope everyone’s safe out there with the smoke/fires. Thinking of you✨

I’ve adjusted my services a bit so I’m popping in with some updates. Below are my current areas of focus:
✍️ Calligraphy Workshops: Stay tuned for more dates and keep in mind that private/group workshops are always an option!
✍️ B-to-B Services: Menu signs and other lettering/signage for local small businesses
✍️ Envelopes/Place cards: Calligraphy by hand on your envelopes or seating cards

If you’re looking for wedding signage or invitation design, I’m so sorry I no longer offer these 😢 But I have a list of talented local vendors to refer you to! DM me for their info so you can see if they have availability.

This shift is to better balance my life and prioritize my time. Making adjustments as needed and NOT taking on every project is a constant practice for me 🙃 I’m just over here trying my best :) Thanks for being here love yaaaaa 🫶

I am so excited to announce the launch of my very first Brush Calligraphy Kit being released into the world! 💞🎉🫣

A true labor of love, I designed my workbook page-by-page over many years, taking into careful consideration all of the tips and tricks that have helped me learn and master this beautiful art form. I carefully chose high quality supplies to include in your kits (ones that I love to use myself!) - so you truly have everything you need to get started ✍️

The kit includes my 35+ page workbook, 3 of my favorite calligraphy tools, tracing paper, practice sheets, a custom clipboard, and a few extra surprises. The recipient will also be emailed a brief video tutorial to get started. This kit is perfect for beginners who want to learn and practice the art of modern brush calligraphy. It makes a great gift for a loved one (or yourself! 😉)

Preorders are now open through Dec. 13th. Kits will be ready for pickup/shipping on Dec. 15th (You can choose local pickup or get it shipped to you/your recipient). They are assembled right here by me and I can assure you they are created + packaged with love 💞
