My name is Trish and I am the owner of Zen Between the Chaos. I am a certified life coach, registered yoga and meditation teacher and reiki master. I started my journey to living a healthier life and being more in tune with myself back in 2017 when when I took my first yoga teacher training. Today I am sharing all of my knowledge with all of you. I meet you where you are on your journey and never judge. We will work on a plan that works best for you and your best life. My work is about you, not me. I am just the guide.

Over the last decade, I've collected skills.. Certificates, courses, masterclasses, etc. I thought hey would make me more marketable. More sought after. More desirable. I struggled to really get anywhere in any direction I took because I just kept collecting rather than living my experiences.

Having skills are great. I want to know that you can do what you say you can do when I hand you my money, but I also know not everything is a one size fits all. Some of the courses,masterclasses, etc, I've taken over the years, it was obvious pretty quickly that some of these people had no actual experience in what they were teaching.

It was frustrating, but in my head, I thought, "At least they are doing something."

The point of all the rambling is to just remind myself, and anyone else who needs to hear it, that we all have manuals and books within our own experiences that will help others. It may not be with courses or masterclasses, but with your real-life stories.

Tell them. Whether here on social media or on a blog or someone you see struggling with something you've dealt with. It could help someone get through something. That's what I'm doing now. Thatd what's going to be here.
