🍁 🍂 Our little ones had a blast exploring sensory boards and squishing their hands into homemade kinetic sand — so much texture, creativity, and messy fun (the best kind)! 👣✨

We also made adorable baby trail mix together — a toddler-safe snack full of fun finger foods that everyone enjoyed. 🍌🥣

While the kiddos played and explored, parents had a chance to relax, chat, and connect. It’s always heartwarming to see both little and big friendships growing in our group. 💬❤️

Fire Fire 🔥🔥This little firefighter👩‍🚒🚒is ready to get to work. Pretend play is a powerful tool to develop social-emotional play. It also engages ⭐cognitive skills, ⭐language and ⭐communication and physical development.

As parents and caregivers we all went the best for our little ones- and in today’s world, screens are everywhere. But how much is TOO much?
🧠Children under 2 should have little to no screen time (with exceptions to video chatting.)
🧠Children 2-5 should have no more than an hour per day of high-quality programming.

Tips for health screen use:
💡Choose age appropriate and educational content.
💡Watch the show together and engage with your child.
💡Set healthy boundaries and routines around screen time.
💡Engourage playtime, outdoor activities and real world learning.
