Four years ago, DIG made its home in Frenchtown.

To celebrate Dig Yoga turning 4, we’re dedicating each week of March to one of our four pillars that have sustained us here:

Community—the room that holds us.
Strength—what we build through consistent practice.
Growth—how we evolve over time.
Purpose—why we gather in the first place.

Each week will spotlight one pillar, with offerings woven throughout the month to celebrate four years in this space.

We're kicking off the month with DIG 4 Community. For this week only, members and class pack holders can bring a friend to class and their first visit is on us.

Four years in Frenchtown. Stronger because of you.
