-Previously known as the Fresno Regional Fall Prevention Coalition

-Fresno, Madera, Kings, Tulare, Merced, Mariposa Counties

Target Audience:
-55+ Community Dwelling Seniors and the Public
-Older adults, families, caregivers, general public
-Medical Professionals
-Primary care providers, nurses, ER staff, EMTs, discharge planners
