Bilingual graduated from University of Oklahoma Health Science Center with his degree in Physical Therapy in 1997. He has served as the Director of Rehab Medicine at Life Care Hospital of Dallas, Freedom Health Outpatient Services, and Alpha Rehab Services in Allen and Denton, TX.
