Guys let’s be honest, the way you start your morning - how you spend your precious first moments - dictates how the rest of your day will go.

Here are my top tips for a better morning!
1. Have a morning routine!
Pre plan 🗓your morning the night before and commit to what you'll do and follow through. No excuses!
2. Work on your personal development!
Grab your favorite morning drink (water, coffee, tea) and do something that enhances your personal development. I listen to Darren Daily (link in bio). Then I read 10 pages of a self development (non-fiction) book 📚Sometimes I listen to a podcast 📲 or a lecture on a topic of interest with a focus on health, wealth, love and/or happiness.
3. Get some natural light and some time outside.
The easiest way to do this is to go for a walk. Avoid wearing those sunglasses 🕶 for at least 15 minutes. This will help wake you up! The walk itself will help lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels in the body. Plus your selfie🤳 will look bomb 💣during Golden Hour ☀️
4. Eat a healthy breakfast.
Much like what happens in the morning, the first thing you eat also contributes to how the rest of the day will go. Try to eat something high protein and balanced with fat and carbohydrates. Sweet begets sweet so if you have major sugar cravings, avoid a sweet breakfast. My favorite breakfasts include, protein smoothies or bowls with minimal fruit. The BEST protein powder is from and my personal favorite flavor is Iced Oatmeal Cookie! I also love avocado 🥑 egg 🥚 toast and overnight oats 🥣 with a nut butter topping.
