But what got me to that photo?

What you don't see...

- the sun was going down
- we drove to the middle of nowhere
- driving circles around a mountain (that was startling)
- a 3 mile hike at a dead run so we didn't miss the beauty
- with a hamstring injury

There's always more going on beneath the surface than what meets the eye.. but it only makes the 'picture' that much sweeter in the end.
