Rhome is officially underway!

On February 27, 2026, we proudly broke ground on our newest hybrid Emergency & Urgent Care facility. This milestone represents another important step in expanding our physician-owned, patient-centered healthcare model across North Texas.

Thank you to our physician partners, Castle Development Group, our banking partners, the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, and the entire iCare administrative team for helping make this day possible. Your collaboration and commitment continue to drive our growth.

We look forward to opening our doors in early 2027 and serving the Rhome community with the high-quality, cost-effective care that defines our model.

💜 International Epilepsy Day
Seizures can be scary to witness, but knowing what to do can make a real difference.
If you see someone having a seizure:
✅ Stay with them and help keep them safe
✅ Move sharp objects away and cushion their head if you can
✅ Turn them on their side if possible
✅ Time the seizure
❌ Do not put anything in their mouth
🚨 Call 911 if:
• It lasts longer than 5 minutes
• It is their first seizure
• They have trouble breathing
• They are injured, pregnant, or have diabetes

With more than 15 years of experience, iCare hybrid ER & urgent care treats you with compassion and concern to help you through your medical issues. Urgent care serves non-life threatening conditions, like rashes, allergies, and influenza. Emergency room services are typically in need of immediate attention and can range from heart attacks to broken bones and lacerations. You will get a free screening by a doctor to determine if you qualify as urgent care or emergency care – with no risk to your wallet. A no-cost screening ensures you will never be billed as ER without prior consent. Over 70% of our patients are billed as urgent care and our ER rates are typically much less than hospital-based ERs.

Whether urgent care or ER, we can treat you in minutes at any of our two locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area— Frisco (2955 Eldorado Pkwy, Ste 100) and Fort Worth (5500 Sycamore School Rd) Texas. Our urgent care services are available from 7 AM to 8 PM every day, and we can provide emergency room services 24 hours a day. Our board-certified physicians see every patient, urgent care or emergency. All of our patients receive instant, individualized care in minutes rather than hours with average wait times just under three minutes!
