We’re a little behind in posting — and didn’t take enough photos — but we had a blast at the Warren County VA250 From Lanterns to Liberty event last weekend.
Such a fun way to spend a beautiful day!

You can find us in the studio, at 205 E. Main Street in downtown Front Royal, for classes 7 days a week.
In May, we’ll host a sound bath on the 2nd and a Pilates pop up on the 16th.

VIA Wellness Weekend with Dr. Sophia Wu of the Dzogchen Foundation foundation will be teaching tomorrow at 12:30.

We have had a scheduling snafu for Saturday.
VIA Wellness Weekends is now being held 12:30-1:30 tomorrow.
If you registered, please check your email and confirm that you can make that. Your registration has been moved, but can be rescheduled if the change doesn't work for you.
So sorry for the mix-up.

We’re excited!

Here’s what we’ve got so far for times and whatnots—several folks have been asking, so here’s the latest.

We’ve got a partial schedule in place, and we’re putting the finishing touches on demonstration times and music.

Our yarn spinners and blacksmith will be going all day from 2 to 6.
We’ve also got a second musical act lined up—some musicians coming down to jam, which should be a good time.

And as for what’s cooking in the Warren Heritage Society’s newly repaired outdoor kitchen… we’ve asked a few times and still haven’t gotten an answer.
Looks like we’ll all find out together.

We’ll also have plenty of signage around the festival with this information to help you find your way.
