Join us this December as we honor the closing of the year with intention, movement, and community.
The number 108 carries deep significance in yogic tradition—symbolizing wholeness, spiritual completion, and renewal. As we prepare for a fresh start, we invite you to dedicate yourself to this powerful month-long practice.

Throughout December, every Sun Salutation you complete in any of our classes will count toward your 108-salute goal. Our teachers will track salutations in each class -- flow at your own pace and watch your dedication grow.

All participants will receive a small token of gratitude. Those who reach 108 will win a special prize.
