After nearly 20 years in education — and 2 incredible years leading the Expanded Learning team at OSD today is my last day.

It’s bittersweet as this team has been one of the most dedicated, creative, and passionate groups I’ve ever had the honor of working with. Together, we built something meaningful from the ground up, and made memories I’ll carry with me forever.

I’ve grown so much through this work, and now I’m stepping fully into my business with deep gratitude and some exciting projects already in motion.

More to come soon… but today, I just want to celebrate the impact, the people, and the journey. To the next chapter! 🚀

42 today.
 And for the first time in a long time… I feel deeply at peace with where I am — and where I’m headed.

This birthday isn’t about a bucket list or some big transformation.
 It’s about returning to myself. The version of me that trusts more. That lets things go more easily. That doesn’t chase — she chooses.

This past year has been full of hard decisions, honest conversations, and powerful realizations. And while it wasn’t always easy, it was worth it.

Because I’m waking up to the truth that I already have everything I need — I just have to own it.
This next chapter is about expansion. Not doing more, but being more me.

Here’s to grounded growth, aligned decisions, and joy that doesn’t need to be earned.
 Let’s begin again — with more grace, more purpose, and way more presence. 🤍

It’s been such a full-circle moment. Susan and I used to battle it out on the court during our D1 volleyball days, and now we’re teammates in a totally new arena: podcasting.

We reconnected a few years ago when I was building Rebranded Athlete, and it’s been so special to help her bring this powerful project to life. Susan’s voice, wisdom, and deep experience in volleyball recruiting are exactly what so many athletes and families need.
