As a wellness professional these thoughts are at the forefront. Always in reflection of the state of the world, impact, influence and energetic exchange. How can we leave someone better than we found them? How can we offer more kindness to ourselves others on any given day? How can we extend more grace when something didn’t go as expected? The truth is, sound healing shouldn’t just be some escape from the world. My hope is that it serves to support you as you navigate what’s happening around you. Especially now.

I hope that sound offers a soft space to land, process, to rest, and to just be. And it’s a practice, not a one time quick fix.
