I’ve opened up a few in-person therapy session spots on Fridays at my Fuquay-Varina office! I also take virtual clients as well. Right now, these are self-pay only (I still take insurance at the Sanford office), but I’ll be offering a sliding scale through the end of the year to make it easier for anyone who’s been wanting to start.

🌿✨🧘🏻‍♀️Big News: Growing My Practice ✨🌿

Hi friends,

I want to share an important update. As many of you know, I’ve been offering sessions focused on sound baths and sound therapy for some time now. That work has been incredibly meaningful—and I’m deeply grateful for everyone who’s been part of it.

Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter: I’ve officially received my counseling license in North Carolina and am transitioning into private practice as a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate.

While this means I’ll no longer be operating under the name Firelight (Vibes) Wellness, the heart of that work continues. Using sound as therapy will still be part of what I offer—but now thoughtfully integrated into therapy sessions to support mindfulness, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

My clinical focus is on helping individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and major life transitions. I use a person-centered, holistic, and evidence-based approach that includes CBT, DBT, ACT, brainspotting, somatic work, mindfulness practices, and sound therapy. I will be offering a sliding scale for payment in my private practice in Fuquay Varina to support accessibility ($55-$115 per session based on income). I accept insurance in my Sanford location. I also want to give everyone an opportunity to unfollow or leave this page if sound therapy was your main interest and you’re not looking for psychotherapy content. That said, I truly hope you’ll stay for continued inspiration, journaling prompts, wellness reflections, and important updates from me.

Hello beautiful souls!

🌺 Just a little update 🌺—Firelight Vibes Wellness is shifting hours a bit! 🕰️ I’ve recently taken on two new contracts as a mental health clinician 💗👩🏻‍⚕️ Unfortunately, I am already fully booked for therapy sessions months out, with no availability Monday through Thursdays.

That being said, I’m still here for you! 🎶 Sound spa sessions, 🧠 brainspotting, 🧘🏻‍♀️ and self-care coaching will now be available on Fridays, and a few select weekends by appointment only.
