Excited to be at my first of multiple Continuing Education Courses with Living Sabai! 🪷

Learning from instructors who studied IN Thailand and honor their teachers - is in perfect alignment with what I want to be doing education-wise on weekends.

I get to offer Thai Massage soon! 🤩 I had already learned a flow at Burning Man 2024 & couldn't advertise myself. Now I will be official with a certificate, to back up my knowledge & experience. I enjoy receiving Thai work... and many of my clients have asked me to learn it. So I am a step closer to offering this service in the Triangle. 🩵🌿

I trust you had a wonderful holiday or time of rest with family and/or friends. I was so GRATEFUL for time off to visit family, and especially time to spend with my Grandma Toni.

This time of year can get STRESSFUL! 🤯 With recitals, parties, plays, rehearsals, dances, gifts, cooking, work, bills, children... it can seem a lot. I cannot shift all of that. Lol

As a health coach, below is what I use to support my own health & health for my family. I recommend following this page Anti-Inflammatory Diet For Autoimmune Diseases for ideas of herbs, spices, plants, roots, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc.

It's often overwhelming to "switch" diets when you receive a diagnosis for an autoimmune, for diseases, or chronic illness. As a USMC Veteran, I didn't want to work at the average massage place.
