I'm getting back to b&w photography after decades... It's never too late! I'm so glad I finally found a place to do this, I had been thinking about it for a long time.
What can you bring back to your life, something you enjoyed or used to do, but have been too busy, etc.? Or can you bring in something new and nourishing? What we do with our time is up to us. I'm here to help, should you need it.

Perspective
Yesterday I went for a walk, and had to take a detour. The brook I usually can just walk through was overflowing after the rains in the past few days. And so it is with life, we need to find a new path, make a course correction, or a direction we had planned doesn't materialize. When we are faced with this, many times it is hard to let go of the future or path we envisioned, which is understandable. However, what may be available as this new path opens up could be wonderful and fulfilling as well. So keep on taking those steps, one at a time, moment to moment. It's been a while, how are you doing? I've had a tough summer so far, but I'm managing by taking time for self-care and rest. When we can quiet down even when life is stressful, that time pays off in the long run.
