Resident winter drinks are here, and this menu is straight from our childhood!

This one is inspired by Noe and by Mexico. Flavors we grew up around, flavors that show up around the holidays, flavors that feel familiar in the best way. Big shoutout to Noe and Lauren for putting this whole menu together and taking the time to really think it through.

Let’s start with the Champurrado, because it’s special and honestly pretty rare to see done this way in a coffee shop. Ours is chocolatey, sweet, and thickened with Mexican masa harina. It’s spiced gently with clove and cinnamon and served as a small 4oz cup. It’s meant to be warm, comforting, and shared at the table. This is the kind of drink you have at the end of a meal, slow down with, and talk over. If you’ve never had champurrado before, this is a really good place to start.

The Horchata is another classic we love this time of year. We make it in-house with rice, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. It’s creamy and delicate, not super heavy. You can have it straight up, or add espresso and turn it into a horchata latte. Hot or iced both work. Finished with a cinnamon stick because it just makes sense.

The Spiced Cranberry Orange Espresso Spritzer brings something bright into the mix. Real cranberries and oranges, cardamom, sugar, and cinnamon come together in a sparkling drink that’s topped with a short espresso shot and finished with orange peel for aromatics. If espresso isn’t your thing, you can absolutely get it without and it turns into a really nice cranberry orange soda.

This menu means a lot to us and we hope that you enjoy!

What is a cupping? It’s basically the way the coffee world tastes and talks about coffee. Producers, importers, roasters, baristas, all using the same simple setup to evaluate clarity, sweetness, and how a coffee actually shows up in the cup. No fancy gear needed. Just hot water, ground coffee, and spoons.

We cup every week behind the scenes, but we love opening the table to everyone. If you’ve ever wanted to taste coffees side by side the way the industry does, this is your chance.

Join us Friday December 12 at 10am at the Community Table.
Spots are limited, so grab your reservation in the bio.

No Snow In Florida is back! This year’s blend is built on 75% Oaxaca from Agua Mariposa. It comes from a tiny Mazatec community tucked into the Sierra Mazateca. 26 smallholders contribute to this lot, each bringing in an average of 75 kilograms of coffee from their backyard plots. Fermentation runs 36 to 48 hours. Drying happens on petates, woven natural fiber mats that slow everything down thanks to the misty afternoons rolling off the mountains. Clean, structured, steady. The kind of profile that keeps the whole blend grounded.

The other 25% comes from Bookkisa in Guji, grown in fully or semi forested systems and delivered to the Sawana station. That station was built in 2022 and works with around 30 producers who grow organically at 2,000 to 2,150 masl. These farms have lower planting density and lower yield per tree, but they make up for it with clarity and fruit intensity. This natural lot brings the sparkle. The brightness. The little “holiday light–on–a–palm–tree” thing we love so much.

Put them together and they balance each other in the best way. Oaxaca gives you a smooth, settled structure. Guji lifts it with fruit. It’s comfort with a little sparkle. A cozy cardigan with a Santa hat. Florida winter energy.
