Our weight loss program is not about size, it’s about reduction. Individuals lose weight in a slow, controlled, supervised manner with results that are long term. It’s not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle change. The integrated program approaches change with behavior modification that includes exercise, counseling both in groups and individual, food plans, meal replacements and prescription weight loss medications as needed.
