Senior Week fun 💙
Today we celebrated childhood - complete with fort building and a little friendly competition (okay… maybe a lot 😄). Safe to say, the creativity was strong and the competition was fierce!

We’re grateful to have Khadijha Zaman as part of the team at Center Point.

Khadijha is currently a graduate student at the New York Institute of Technology, bringing a strong background in leadership, mentoring, and academic excellence after earning her bachelor’s degree magna cm laude from the CUNY School of Professional Studies.

As a mental health counselor, Khadijha provides psychoeducational counseling focused on anxiety, new parenthood, and career development, creating a client-centered environment where individuals feel supported in exploring their challenges and building toward growth. She works with clients ages 10 and up in person.

Another great Self Care Workshop in the books!

We loved spending time with the seniors at the Senior Life Center this past week, focusing on simple, meaningful ways to care for ourselves and one another. A big thank you to Khadija and Carina for leading such a thoughtful and engaging session.
