The Pathways Program at Lumen is built for young adults who need more support, more structure, and more time 🤝

What makes it different is the pace. Instead of rushing toward independence, Pathways focuses on building it with personalized structure - through real-life practice, consistent coaching, and individualized support.

With 1:1 guidance and a small, close-knit group, young adults develop lasting skills in the environments that matter most - home, work, and community.
