Good Morning Everyone
This post doesn't come lightly.
For the next few months I'm taking a step back from teaching.
Will still be at the library the second Monday of the month until September with a gentle flow class.
As many of you know I homeschool my children. My daughter moves into middle school next year. So I'm taking this time to prepare for the next school year and also balance out everything else I have on my plate. That's what yoga is really about. Finding balance on and off the mat. Which is something that I lost site of.
Will keep everyone posted as I start to offer classes again.
Thank you to everyone who has come to my classes and given me the space to help you in your yoga journey.

Good morning friends!
Due to lack of numbers at class. I've decided to take a break for the next two weeks.

We will be back on the mat the first week of June.

Taking a week in the mountains, hope to bring back new light to our practice.

Thank you to everyone who has chosen to practice with me over the last year. You really do inspire me.
Looking forward to seeing everyone the first week of June!

My apologies for late notice.
Tonight's class is canceled.
Had another vertigo episode this morning. Though I'm much better. I went out to grab a few things this afternoon and i did not like how i felt while driving.
Should be back to normal by tomorrow for class.
