🌶️🍲 Chili & Soup Cook-Off🍲🌶️

Nothing brings people together like good food and friendly competition! Today, our amazing staff showed off their culinary talents in our annual Chili & Soup Cook-Off. From spicy classics to hearty comfort favorites, every pot was filled with love (and a little healthy rivalry!).

A special thank-you to our wonderful hospice and home health representatives who joined us as guest judges — we couldn’t have picked better taste-testers! 🏆

Congratulations to all the participants and our winners for bringing warmth, creativity, and community spirit to Gallatin Center. Events like this remind us that teamwork (and good chili) makes everything better! ❤️

🌞 Out and About! 🌳

We took advantage of the beautiful weather this week with a trip to the park! Our residents enjoyed a peaceful day surrounded by nature — chatting on the benches, eating sack lunches, and enjoying a light breeze and blue skies.

So many smiles, laughs, and meaningful moments. These outings are more than just a break from routine — they’re a chance to reconnect, recharge, and simply enjoy life.

Big thanks to our team for making it all possible — and to our residents for bringing the sunshine with them wherever they go! 💚

🏈 Touchdown Team Spirit! 🏈

Today, our amazing staff went all in for employee engagement by suiting up as football players and cheerleaders — and let’s just say, the energy was through the roof! 🎉

From pom-poms to helmets, our team showed off their creativity and brought big smiles to our residents and coworkers alike. 💙 Not only did it lift spirits, but it also reminded us all that teamwork and fun go hand-in-hand when caring for others.

A huge shoutout to our MVPs — the staff — for going the extra yard to make our workplace feel like a family. 🏆

It's been a busy weekend here at Gallatin Center we’re proud to share that our Nursing Home Administrator and Concierge recently attended a special event in support of the Samaritan Recovery Community🤝❤️

As sponsors of this impactful organization, we’re committed to giving back and helping create safe, supportive environments for those in need. It was an inspiring evening filled with purpose, connection, and community spirit.

This weekend, our community was treated to a special trip down memory lane as classic cars rolled into our parking lot for a car show right here at the nursing home! Residents smiled, shared stories, and reminisced about the good old days while admiring beautifully restored vehicles from decades past.

From polished chrome to rumbling engines, the event sparked joy and conversation. A big thank you to all the car enthusiasts and Gallatin staff who volunteered their time to bring such joy to our residents — your kindness made the day unforgettable! 🚗✨🥰

🎣 Gone Fishin’! 🐟🌞

Today was a reel-y special day for our residents! We packed up our fishing rods, baited our hooks, and headed out for a peaceful day by the water. 🌊

Smiles, sunshine, and a few big catches made for the perfect outing. Whether they were reeling them in or just enjoying the breeze, everyone had a fin-tastic time!

Thank you to our amazing staff and volunteers for making this memorable experience possible. 🧡
