Health and Wellness Connection I would like to share a wealth of information that I have acquired over the years with help from frie I am here to inform and to help.

Eleina Pomerants is a Registered Dental Hygienist with a degree in Health Science and Dental Hygiene from NYU College of Dentistry and 20 years of experience in clinical practice. Throughout my career I have learned how nutrition affects the body and not just the mouth. I have been watching my patients devour tons of harmful medication without getting any education in nutrition from their physicians. It's heartbreaking to watch and I am finally taking action.
10 years ago, after our daughter got very sick, our family decided to start living clean. This meant switching to healthy eating and removing processed food and toxic chemicals from her home. I started studying Ayurveda and other holistic modalities and incorporating them into our lifestyle. After seeing how much our family’s life was changed I started teaching what I learned and my favorite way to do so is through cooking classes and teaching how to detoxify your life and your house. I would like to share a wealth of information that I have acquired over the years with help from friends, family, and education. You would be surprised about all the hidden dangers in our environment and how they affect our body.
