This Valentine’s Day, we’re doing things differently.

Our upcoming blog isn’t about pushing through pain, performing for someone else, or pretending discomfort doesn’t exist.

It’s about reconnection, comfort, and choice. Friday’s blog shares a thoughtfully curated Valentine’s Day gift guide for people with pelvic pain, including books, tools, self-care options, and pleasure-affirming resources designed with pelvic pain in mind.

Whether you’re shopping for yourself, a partner, or simply looking for language that feels more compassionate, this guide is for you—because pleasure is healthcare, and you deserve options.

Valentine’s Day can be complicated when pelvic pain is part of your life and that makes a lot of sense.

Research shows that sexual well-being and body autonomy play an important role in physical and mental health for people living with chronic pain.

Pleasure is healthcare. You are not broken, and you are not alone.

Valentine’s Day is marketed as connection and romance — but pelvic pain can bring stress, grief, or pressure instead. None of that means you’re broken.

What does Valentine’s Day bring up for you: anxiety, avoidance, hope, indifference? We’re listening.

How Can I Help You?

I’m starting this business because I know that frequently I get asked questions about all sorts of therapy related things, that require just a short conversation and some education or a prescription of a few exercises that can make a big change. This site is for the person who can’t make it in to see me but has a question for them self or their baby/ child. Whether you’re looking for recommendations for an exercise program post partum, struggling with a personal issue like sexual dysfunction, incontinence or constipation, or just have a question about your child’s development or posture, this is the perfect forum for you to reach out.

I work in a facility where I am fortunate to do a little bit of everything but my primary focus at work on Pelvic Health for men, women and children and Pediatric rehabilitation as a whole. I always prefer to see folks in person, so I can be hands on to see what is really happening. I am a full time therapist at a great facility that takes almost all insurances, so if you want to know how to come in, let me know. The number is (609) 652-7000 x 5469.
