If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but your bladder symptoms are very real… you’re not alone.

Interstitial Cystitis (IC), also called Bladder Pain Syndrome, affects about 5% of Americans — and many people go years without answers.
It’s not just a bladder issue.

The pelvic floor and nervous system are always involved.
And yes — there are treatment options beyond just “avoid coffee.”

In our newest blog, we cover:
• What IC actually is
• Why it’s often missed
• Common triggers
• How pelvic floor therapy helps
• What PTNS is and when it’s appropriate

You deserve answers, support, and a plan that actually helps.

Reply BLOG and we’ll send you the full article. 💚

How Can I Help You?

I’m starting this business because I know that frequently I get asked questions about all sorts of therapy related things, that require just a short conversation and some education or a prescription of a few exercises that can make a big change. This site is for the person who can’t make it in to see me but has a question for them self or their baby/ child. Whether you’re looking for recommendations for an exercise program post partum, struggling with a personal issue like sexual dysfunction, incontinence or constipation, or just have a question about your child’s development or posture, this is the perfect forum for you to reach out.

I work in a facility where I am fortunate to do a little bit of everything but my primary focus at work on Pelvic Health for men, women and children and Pediatric rehabilitation as a whole. I always prefer to see folks in person, so I can be hands on to see what is really happening. I am a full time therapist at a great facility that takes almost all insurances, so if you want to know how to come in, let me know. The number is (609) 652-7000 x 5469.
