Researchers from the analyzed pharmacogenomic testing data from 192 patients—and the results are eye-opening.

By identifying common enzyme variations like cytochrome P450 and SLCO1B1, they found strong links to adverse drug reactions and drug–gene interactions.

Their findings highlight how genetic testing and clinician education can help prevent medication-related complications and improve patient care.
