WHO WE SERVE

The Break Off supports individuals re-entering society after incarceration, those overcoming addiction, veterans, and at-risk youth. We create pathways for transformation through strength, structure, and support.

WHAT WE DO

We use strength training as therapy, grounded in the philosophy of movement as medicine. Our programs include fitness, yoga, sound baths, running, and much more.
Delivered in partnership with drug and alcohol treatment centers, and community partners.

OUR MISSION

We empower the comeback. By helping individuals reclaim their inner athlete, we inspire daily growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose—encouraging everyone to level up, one day at a time.
