Our brand logo mark represents
confinement breaking into motion

The Break Off exists at the intersection of constraint and
freedom—where rigid systems give way to forward movement. Our
mark captures this through brutalist geometry: bold, unapologetic
lines that begin as the unmistakable structure of confinement,
then fracture and angle outward into dynamic motion.

The design is intentionally stark. Like the populations we serve,
the mark doesn't hide where it came from. It transforms it.

What starts as bars becomes direction. What was rigid becomes
momentum.

This is the visual language of breaking off:
not erasing the past, but refusing to be defined by it.

We’ve got a big goal and we need the community behind us.

The Break Off is raising $5,000 to purchase a Monolift Squat Rack for our nonprofit gym. This piece of equipment will open the door for safer, stronger training for our athletes and members who rely on this space to grow both physically and mentally.

Right now, we’re asking for anything and everything that can help move the needle. Every donation — big or small — gets us closer to bringing this equipment into the gym and expanding what we can offer our community.

If you’ve ever trained with us, supported what we’re building, or believe in giving people a place to push themselves and stay out of trouble, this is your chance to be part of it.

What an incredible honor to host our very first USPA powerlifting competition at our new home! 💪🏽 The energy was unreal—our community showed up, worked hard, and gave it their all on the platform.

We are beyond proud of every lifter who stepped up, and so grateful for the family and friends who came out to cheer them on and support the grind. This is what the powerlifting community is all about. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

We’re hosting a bowling 🎳 fundraiser on Saturday, March 28th and would love your support.

We’re selling lanes for 6 people at $400 (includes dinner, shoe rental, and raffle tickets), or $66 per person.
