Time and time again I have see examples of how Young Living puts people before profit. The biggest example of this that always comes to mind is the Young Living Foundation--which has 100% of the operating costs, including staff salary and travel costs, covered by the business end of Young Living.

What does this mean? That when people donate to the foundation's various causes around the world, 100% of that donation goes directly to the ground efforts of the cause.

I am continually blown away by this!
