Dear Families,
With the winter storm forecasted for our area, we want to personally reach out and reassure you that your loved ones’ safety and comfort remain our highest priority.
Please know that we are closely monitoring the weather and have comprehensive plans in place to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. We have secured adequate staffing coverage so that care will not be interrupted, regardless of road conditions. Our team is prepared and committed to remaining on-site as needed to provide consistent, compassionate care.
We have also ensured that we are well-stocked with food, water, medications, and essential supplies. Our building systems are fully operational, and we are prepared to maintain a warm, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the storm.
Most importantly, our residents will continue to receive the attention, engagement, and support they deserve. We are focused not only on safety, but also on keeping spirits high and routines as normal as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the community or Executive Director. We are here for you, just as we are here for your loved ones.
