At Sprout, a learner saying "no" isn't a problem to fix. It's communication our cultivators are trained to honor. Assent-based care means therapy is always done with a child, never to them.

🌱 A quiet milestone for our team…

Sprout MBC is now a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE).

This process asked us to take a close look at how we show up- for learners, for families, and for each other.

It included a review of our clinical practices, our data, our systems, and the experiences of both staff and caregivers.

What it reflected back to us is something we care deeply about:
that thoughtful, consistent, person-centered work matters.

We don’t see this as a finish line—
just a moment to pause, reflect, and keep moving forward with intention.
