🌱 A quiet milestone for our team…

Sprout MBC is now a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE).

This process asked us to take a close look at how we show up- for learners, for families, and for each other.

It included a review of our clinical practices, our data, our systems, and the experiences of both staff and caregivers.

What it reflected back to us is something we care deeply about:
that thoughtful, consistent, person-centered work matters.

We don’t see this as a finish line—
just a moment to pause, reflect, and keep moving forward with intention.

With the recent heavy storm, we want to keep our staff members and learners safe, and we will be keeping our Sprout clinics closed for 2/24.
