Ladies and gentlemen. It’s that time of the year, 🍁🍂🎃❄️❄️🦃🎄🎁 ✨.

For some, it is not the most wonderful time of the year 🫶🏾❤️‍🩹. Seasonal Depression is real and is caused by various factors. Be honest about what you are feeling and experiencing.

Some common signs of Seasonal Depression include:
• Feeling sad or hopeless most of the day
• Low energy or constant fatigue
• Trouble concentrating
• Oversleeping or changes in appetite (especially craving carbs)
• Withdrawing from social activities

Attached are some helpful tips to combating seasonal depression.

Additional Tips:
Journal your heart out and be honest on how you feel.
Eat a well balanced diet.
Get enough sleep and establish a regular sleep schedule.
Socialize, don't isolate yourself from the world.
Limit your time on Social Media.
Plan fun activities either inside or outside of your home
Adopt new hobbies.
