This page is shifting direction to focus on something I’ve become really passionate about:

Helping small businesses improve their online presence and actually turn it into customers.

Over time, I’ve seen how many great businesses struggle simply because their website (or lack of one) doesn’t reflect how good they really are.

So moving forward, I’ll be sharing insights, tips, and examples around:

Sara stopped walking her dog.

John stopped going to tennis.

Not all at once.

Just… slowly.

At first it’s:
“I’ll go tomorrow.”

Then:
“I just need to stretch more.”

Until one day… you just don’t anymore.

Not because you don’t want to.

Because your body doesn’t feel the same.

That constant tightness…
that low-level discomfort that never really resets.

Most people just learn to live with it.

But as we explored that space more deeply, it became clear that the bigger conversation isn't just about saunas or cold plunges — it's about recovery as a whole.

That’s why this page has evolved into The Recovery Framework.

The goal moving forward is simple:
to share insights, tools, and strategies that support recovery and help people manage the kinds of tension and strain many of us deal with every day.

Especially in areas like:

• lower back
• hips
• glutes
• hamstrings

You’ll still see discussions around recovery tools like:

• massage and recovery equipment
• mobility and circulation support
• muscle tension relief strategies
• practical ways to feel better day to day

The name changed, but the mission is the same:
