Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a fabulous summer. Now that fall is upon us I decided it was time to let everyone know that I will not be offering yoga classes this year. I have some personal things to attend to and for the foreseeable future it is just not possible. I appreciate everyone who tried yoga and those who were committed to the practice. Keep on moving and doing those down dogs and cat/cows.

It's been a beautiful day out on our farm. The grandkids and I have had some fun outside and now I'm looking forward to doing some yoga tonight. Hope you can join me from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. It'll be the perfect way to end a pretty amazing day!

• Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. This is the day Jesus entered Jerusalem and people laid down palms in front of him in honor of his triumphal entry. Although this day was a celebration of acknowledgment that Jesus is Lord and King! It is also a reminder of the days that followed as Jesus was headed towards his death on the cross. In our world today, Christians are often celebrated for their love, kindness, desire for peace as they strive to be like Christ, but we also go through suffering and persecution for our “radical” beliefs.
This week, we are taking a break from our instructor introductions as we honor our Savior, Jesus Christ!
We hope you enjoy our posts each day as we take you through the stories of Holy Week!
Classes this week will be centered around Christs sufferings and celebrations. Stay tuned for an updated calendar.

It's a gorgeous day today! I hope you all can get out and enjoy the sunshine. Doing some stretch and flow yoga tonight will feel amazing afterwards, so I hope to see you tonight at 6:30 at the Geneva Jazzercise studio.
