A LETTER I WISH I WROTE TO MYSELF: šŸ’Œ ā¬‡ļø

No one can fully prepare you for what it’s actually going to take to completely transform yourself.

It’s not going to be as simple as workouts and macros...
It’s going to take time and A-LOT of patience. You have to stay committed long after the excitement of small changes wears off and accept that progress will move slower than you’re wanting, EVEN when you’re doing everything right.

There will be moments where you will question yourself.
There will be moments where you’re tired of trying and there will be many moments where quitting feels easier than staying consistent.

But if you stay the course and do this the right way, something powerful will happen. The physical results will come, but they will become secondary. The confidence you’re building, the self trust, the discipline, and the way you start showing up in every area of your life will transform. You are starting to heal and grow, the things you couldn’t imagine for yourself are actually happening. *I know the process feels so slow, but it is happening. Trust me.

The new version of you will be the real reward. 🄹

So when it gets hard, PLEASE don’t walk away from this journey. Be proud of your consistency and don’t quit on the person you’re becoming.

I promise you, it will be worth it.
