On Sundays, he gives back by coming to Vered to lead guided yoga for clients in treatment while continuing his journey toward earning his yoga instructor certification. His growth, humility, and commitment to service are genuinely inspiring.

In creating something with your hands, you reconnect with your body, embrace imperfection, and are reminded that healing can happen quietly, gently, and creatively. Mistakes are all a part of the process, just like in everyday life 🤍.

Our CEO, Heather Cooley, and Director of Business Development, Rich Jones, were also joined by our Alumni Coordinator and Assistant, Kara Francis, at the Cornerstone Luncheon. They had the opportunity to listen firsthand to expert speakers: Kyle Landry (CEO, St. David’s Hospital), Jon Calvin (CEO, Lone Star Circle of Care), Juliana Kerker (Government Relations, St. David’s Healthcare), and Bryan Brown (CIO, St. David’s HealthCare).

Through these discussions, they gained a deeper understanding of the rapid growth and ongoing changes within the State of Healthcare right here in Georgetown!
