Rebuilding Safety in My Body (And Yours Too 💜)

Summer's story: For the longest time, I didn’t know what it meant to feel safe in my body. I was either on high alert, waiting for something bad to happen, or completely disconnected—like I wasn’t even there. If you’ve ever felt this way, I want you to know: you’re not alone.

I’ve been working on this idea of safety lately, and I realized—it’s not about never feeling fear again. It’s about slowly learning to trust myself. Trusting that my body isn’t the enemy. Trusting that I deserve to rest, to breathe, to exist without tension.

If you’re working on rebuilding safety too, I see you. What’s one small thing that helps you feel even a little safer in your body? For me, it’s wrapping up in a heavy blanket and feeling the weight hold me down. 💜 Let’s share in the comments.

🌟 New Episode Alert! 🌟

In our latest episode of "Self-Healing After Trauma," co-hosts Kimberly Ward and Dr. Asher Beckwittt delve into an enlightening discussion about trauma and its intricate relationship with accessing your higher self and spiritual essence. 🎙️

🔗God's Role in Transforming Trauma

One of the most profound segments came from an intimate conversation where Dr. Beckwittt shared a personal breakthrough on letting go of a lifelong limiting belief with the guidance of Kimberly. Their shared experiences illuminated the path to spiritual healing and self-empowerment.

Here are 3 key takeaways for your self-healing journey:

- **Healing as a Spiritual Process:** Traumas are not just stories locked in the past, but energies that inhabit our bodies, tissues, and energy fields. Resolving trauma opens up connections to our higher wisdom and spiritual sources.

- **Power of Letting Go:** Kimberly's challenge to Dr. Beckwittt to let go of an old story exemplifies how releasing traumas can happen in an instant, breaking the chains that hold us back and allowing us to access deeper parts of ourselves.

- **Embrace the Whole Process, Including Grief:** As Dr. Beckwittt shared, releasing trauma can bring about grief, but it is an essential step in the healing journey. Processing grief allows us to truly let go and feel connected rather than isolated.

Kimberly and Dr. Beckwittt remind us that healing isn't just possible—it's an empowering, beautiful journey. 🌿✨
