I run many pages on different holistic approaches. This page brings them all together. If you are looking for information on different areas of wellness, you are in the right place. This page will incorporated information about EFT, Faster EFT, Reiki, Essential Oils, QiGong, Wheat Belly Approach and topics associated with disability. I am an occupational therapist with a passion for helping people regain the joy and energy for life we all deserve. I am a wellness advocate for Doterra so this will be my essential oil focus, but the information I will share will be applicable to any pure essential oil.
