Hey hey hey!! Time to reintroduce myself! It’s been well over a year since I last did this, and there are quite a few of you that are new!!

My name is Amie Bogart, I’m a Certified Birth Doula, award-winning and Certified Birth Photographer, and I also teach childbirth education and specialize in motherhood photograph—right here in Gettysburg, PA.
I love images that look like art, I love dramatic lighting, I love emotions, I love the story I am able to capture and give back to you, for years to come.

I had my daughter in March of this year (you can read my story pinned on my page), and since then, have moved across the country, continued my education for 2025, have 4 doula moms before 2026 (which may not seem like a lot for the year, but with moving and my daughter—I didn’t even expect one!), and I am looking so forward to some of the stuff I have planned for next year.

I believe that God designed women to carry and birth their babies. That doesn’t mean that sometimes they need help—they do, I did—but it does mean that you can trust your body to do what it was designed to do, EVEN IF you need some medical help.

I would love to start some conversations with some of my newest followers who we maybe haven’t connected yet! Feel free to reach out! I’d love to chat.

I am actively booking for 2026 for birth photography and/or doula services, the motherhood and CBE is always open, so feel free to reach out!!

Hi all you beautiful people! It's your friendly neighborhood birth nerd here with an announcement!! Each year, I do a continuing education, this year I was feeling ambitious and took on 3...yes, threeeeeee courses. I am happy to say that I have completed the one, and am working through the other two (while attending births, motherhood sessions, childbirth education sessions, mothering my own little girl, and trying to buy a house!).

As of November 2nd, I am OFFICIALLY Certified through as a Birth Photographer. I am so excited and am hopeful that this added course will not only grow and strengthen my work as a birth photog, but also bring credit and trust to what I do (because I know that "Oh, I'm a birth photographer" can get a slew of different reactions). Another exciting note about that is I will be featured in their upcoming blog post, so keep an eye out for that!

Before the end of the year, I am hoping to complete Birth Becomes You's Doula Certification course, as well as StillBirthDay's bereavement doula course. It's a ton of work, but I am so excited to continue to propel and better myself for the families I do and will serve.

In celebration of my certification through BBY, I am looking to offer 2 Fresh 48's at 25% off (for getting certified in 2025), and would love to hopefully squeeze those in before the end of the year.

Tell your friends! Maybe you don't have a newborn, but your neighbor does! My career is HEAVILY reliant on word of mouth and grapevine networking.

He pulls the white bunny suit on with hands that tremble and then still; around him the room is a practiced storm—nurses gliding, lights sharp, machines murmuring their steady insistence. Every small motion reads like courage: the way he folds his fingers, the slow inhale that steadies his shoulders, the quiet tilt of his head toward you. In that electric hush he becomes a harbor—anchoring you when the world feels too loud, promising to hold you through your baby’s first breath, the first cry, and every tender, terrifying moment between.

Dads show up as quiet muscles of care: they learn the language of monitors and masks so they can translate it back into calm, they trade their own panic for fierce focus so you can surrender to the work at hand, and they turn ordinary hands into a steadying presence that keeps you tethered. Their bravery isn’t always big gestures—often it’s the relentless smallness: a palm on your knee, a whispered reminder of your strength, the refusal to let you face any of it alone.

If you're looking for lifestyle type photography sessions going into this holiday season (or looking to gift them ;)) I would love to be the one you choose to work with! My last few sessions have been motherhood focused, but I also book for lifestyle family sessions as well.

I love working with dramatic lighting to get those black & white images that just draw you in. Color is also included in the gallery, however, booking with me does guarantee some really white whites and some really black blacks (I'm definitely not your grey & white black and white girlie).

Hi Mommas! I am looking to do a couple more of my Motherhood Minis!

• $150.00 / $85.00 if you allow images to be used for marketing/business (this is a limited option... FCFS).
• Unlimited Images Delivered | If I like them and edit them, you'll get them. (My last mom got +100 images (color/b&w)).
• They are about 30 minutes long (give or take).
• Unposed (You do your thing and I capture it).
• No age limit for baby, just easily held.

📍Sessions take place in or around half an hour of Gettysburg, PA (unless I have a few outside the radius that are close! I'll bounce around as needed). I’ll guide you on location options that feel cozy and natural.
