Asbury Pointe – luxury apartments nestled on eight quiet, wooded acres in Amherst, New York. Presbyterian Village at North Church - safe and comfortable apartments amid a certified wildlife sanctuary, yet within walking distance to the Village of Williamsville. Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village offers income eligible apartments for seniors and qualified mobility impaired individuals over 18 with options for enriched services. Assistive Living - Horizon’s is our “Assistive Living” facility located on the Beechwood campus. This new specialty care program that looks and feels like an assisted living environment and costs the same as assisted living; however, residents have immediate access to advanced nursing and medical care. Skilled Nursing - Beechwood Homes, our skilled nursing facility, is located in Getzville, NY within close proximity to the communities of Buffalo, Tonawanda, Williamsville, Amherst, Kenmore, and Lockport, NY. We take great pride in being the first in WNY to feature person-centered care and senior household living. Called Welcome Home, this unique initiative transforms the way our elders are cared for by eliminating the institution model. Our senior health care facility has eliminated nursing stations and long, institutional corridors, replacing them with senior housing where 12-18 residents share a country kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. Each household is autonomous; residents make choices regarding how it functions and these choices are subsequently carried out by the household team. Residents and their families can also enjoy onsite neighborhood centers: this includes a library, a bistro, and entertainment centers - all located on our beautiful campus. Short-term Rehabilitation - Recovery after hospitalization most often requires inpatient care. At Wesley Rehabilitation Center, patients receive short-term rehabilitation services in a comfortable, home-like setting. Whether you’re recovering from a stroke, surgery, hip fracture, joint replacement, or recent illness, Wesley’s highly-trained staff and individual care will help to achieve maximum independence and quality of life. Wesley patients enjoy private rooms and a private dining room, as well as the use of Beechwood’s beautiful campus including the bistro, entertainment center, library, and outdoor gardens and walkways. We have an open visiting policy and patients, family members and friends appreciate the safe, convenient location and free parking. Beechwood also offers Hospice - Our Hospice Wells House is made possible through a partnership with Hospice Buffalo.
