I have really cool kids! This girl decided to try wrestling this year as a 7th grader, and blew me away! She put in the work all season at practice. She was really nervous about competing this weekend after a few losses earlier this season, AND she did it anyway. She came out hard in her first match and won 17-1 🫶 the next match didn’t go her way but I am so incredibly proud of her and I am impressed by her strength and grit. I hope she’s proud of herself and the work she did this year!!

Feeling more stressed or overwhelmed as the holidays get closer? You’re not alone. This time of year can place extra demand on your nervous system, and that can show up as anxiety, poor sleep, irritability or even more aches and pains.

One tool I use to help support patients during high-stress seasons is LENS neurofeedback. It’s a gentle, low-energy system that helps the brain reset patterns of tension so you can feel calmer, think more clearly and recover better. And the best part is that sessions can be done right in your home as part of your in-home physical therapy plan.
