With a full heart, I’m sharing that The Zen Den studio space will be closing this February 🤍

Final Women’s Circle in the space: Feb 10 at 7:15pm
Final class: Feb 15 at 9am (Yin)

Our full schedule can be found on our website for the remaining classes & events.

This space has been filled with so much healing and connection, and I’m endlessly grateful for this community. This is a pause and a transition — not an ending. I’ll be returning in the fall with a mobile version of my work.

If you know someone who may be interested in taking over the space, I’d be grateful for a connection.
