I've been having this bad pain in my shoulder blade and peck. I've been trying all the stretches and yoga stretches and massage stretches that I've learned from friends and family and nothing has been helping. I hope this article has some good stretches for those two areas.

No picture, today's breakfast was a large banana, green tea w/lemon and 1/4 C of cashews. 574 calories. In all honesty, about half of my normal calories. Donuts, chips, soda... You know things like that.

Oh, so I'm getting back on track. Detoxing from the SAD, Standard American Diet. A lot of Green juice and green tea.
