One of my favorite transformations (and favorite people)
Working with post-partum moms is one of my favorites. I’ve been there. And I would try all the crash diets to try and get the weight off. AND I ALWAYS FAILED)
But believe me (and have a lot of patience) that results will happen! We worked on being consistent in…
- Hitting calorie goals
- Hitting protein goals
- Increasing activity level (walking)
- Applying progressive overload to training
(Notice how i didn’t say we slashed out all the carbs or some other crazy fad diet).
There is a better way ❤️
