Over the next three weeks, we’re launching a very special outreach project—The Crystal Clear Kindness Fundraiser—a mission that means so much to our family. My dad, Jay, wanted to help me do something truly meaningful this season… something that gives back to the amazing people who support us while also reaching those who need a little extra love right now.

In honor of his sister, Crystal, we’re hosting a Christmas fundraiser where every dollar donated will go directly toward helping families who are facing cancer during the holidays.

Crystal was a devoted nursing director, a loyal friend, and someone whose kindness shined even in the hardest moments of her own battle. The small acts of compassion she received meant everything to her—and we want to carry that same spirit forward.

❤️ How You Can Take Part:

Donate $1: Receive a bag of delicious hard candy favorites.

Donate $5: Choose either a pair of sunglasses or a cozy scarf/gloves/beanie set (perfect for stocking stuffers!) – while supplies last.

Every $1 donation also puts your name into our weekly prize drawings. Jay has graciously donated several prizes to encourage giving and help spread kindness along the way.

All donations will be used to create thoughtful gift baskets filled with comfort and care—gas cards, food gift cards, and other essentials—for families walking through cancer treatments this Christmas.

We are so grateful for the incredible donations we’ve already received. Your generosity is already making a difference, and we cannot thank you enough for showing up with such love and kindness.

At Carewell Pharmacy, we’re committed to helping our community stay educated, empowered, and healthy. Whether you’re managing diabetes yourself or supporting someone you love, small daily steps can make a huge difference.

Here are a few simple tips to help manage or reduce your risk:

✨ Stay active – Aim for at least 20–30 minutes a day of walking or light movement.
🥗 Balance your plate – Focus on veggies, lean protein, and whole grains to avoid big blood sugar spikes.
💧 Stay hydrated – Water helps keep glucose levels more stable.
