So this morning, I went to the farmers market here in Gilbert, Arizona, and I finally found pita bread made with olive oil opposed to seed oils. Plus all the ingredients are clean and healthy with zero garbage such as preservatives, etc. They also offer quite a few different types of spreads and dips with all clean ingredients and made with olive oil opposed to other sea oils. Just make sure to read the ingredients. That’s the 411. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I made this last night with grass fed ground beef and it was outstanding!

Mediterranean Ground Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
